You will have the opportunity to personally assess your emotional intelligence with the Bar-On EQ-i. With the EQ-i report, you will then have the opportunity to develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and personal vision for developing your competencies. Furthermore you will have the opportunity to learn, what, in reality, works and does not work for you in Self-Management as well as how to learn your life experiences.

• Introduction to emotional intelligence in the workplace
• Participant assessment of career needs, abilities, limitations and values
• Individual emotional competency assessment utilizing the Bar-On EQ-i
• Debriefing the EQ-i report
• Case studies of EQ-i profiles
• Creation of an Individualized Development Plan for improving an emotional competency area
• Utilizing the IDP as a vision for daily motivation and guidance in competency development
• Practicum discussion and exercises towards integration of developing competencies and learning awareness
• Practical training on the job
• Presentation, exchange of experiences and feedback
