Module V: Leadership - Organizational Influence
Leadership is the ability to influence the behavior of others. While managment focuses on influencing performers in the performance of department goals, leadership focuses on providing systemic support through the organizational culture.

Ziele
Participants are provided with a theoretical and practical understanding of the unique intellectual and emotional competencies of a leader. These competencies include the ability to develop “big picture“ awareness, heuristic (rational, reality based) decision making, statistical control of a system, development of a cultural vision and communication of that vision.

• The sources of power for a leader and the development of personal power
• Integrating and polishing the leadership potential
• Practical training on the job
• Presentation, exchange of experiences and feedback
